Remote Support Rule

Wake-up Calls

A remote support professional would use video chat, phone calls and/or use motion sensors to make sure that you are awake without needing someone in your home.

Medication Reminders

Remote staff checks in to remind and/or confirm that you have taken your medications correctly and on time. This can be paired with a medication dispenser if you need visual confirmation of taking medication.

Cooking Assistance

A remote support staff joins via video call to guide you through preparing a meal step-by-step and will assist you with any issues that arise.

Daily Tasks Reminders

Remote staff provide check-in calls or text throughout the day to help you stay on track with chores, appointments, and routines.

Safety and Security Monitoring

Remote Support Staff monitor sensors and camera systems and have a designed plan of action if something unusual arises, such as a door left open or an unwanted visitor.
